... the book by dr. peter j. d'adam about the individualised diet solution to staying healthy, living longer and achieving your ideal weight. it also provide some sample diet meal for each blood type. anybody thinking of changing their physical look, go n try the meal plan. me? not yet, but will consider to do it, soonnn... guess who bought this book? yup... my teddy hubby... just wanna share some info from the book for blood type A(my blood type)...
